Why do I want to do this? Is this importante to me?
Start with "It's important because..." They you fill blank space with a strong propose. You need to have a strong motivation. The start isn't the problem, but to keep going. That is why you need a reason.
E - ENERGY
We are primitive creatures. Our brain is like it was 12 thousand years ago when we needed to look for food in dangerous places, We stayed long periods of time at same place saving energy and eating because we had no sure if we will have food again. This is why you need to choose where to spend energy. Don't wait to have wish, just do it, put your body in action. Your brain will never say "Hey, let's spend energy?" No, your brain is trying to keep you alive, and harm and safe. So, what will you spend energy for? Will you wake up early? Will you do exercises? Will you choose fit food instead of junk food? Will you choose a webnar about leadership instead of netflix? Choose where to spend energy.
S - STEPS
Do you know why people don't reach their dreams? They haven't a plan. You can say "I want to travel" Cool, me too. But are you committed with this? Is it a plan or a dream? If it is a dream you haven't steps. You need steps to reach something. You need to put it on paper, and risk, and fail, and gain experience. And try again, and use your mistakes to build your stairs! You need steps, you need a plan, you need a strategy!
T - TIME
When will you reach it? Your plan need to have a deadline. It is your compromise and when you look back you will notice that you reach your best.
